Return Policy
At Hadayah, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. We offer a straightforward return policy within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- All return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
- A clear video showing the specific issue or defect with the product is required for all returns. This helps us better understand your concern and process your return efficiently.
- The original packaging must be intact.1
Size Exchanges
We provide detailed size charts with all our designs to help you make the right choice. However, we understand that sizing can sometimes be tricky. In case you need a size exchange:
- A processing fee of ₹100/- will be charged for all size exchanges.
- This fee covers additional handling and shipping costs.
- We recommend ordering one size larger if you’re uncertain about sizing.
Return Process
Contact our customer support team with your order number and return reason. Send a clear video demonstrating the issue with your product. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions. After we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund or exchange.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and verify the returned item. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
